I got very tired of my micro scratches all over my car so I decided to try something today. mind you before now I had tryed tons of waxes and stuff. Hopefully I have not taken out my clear coat by now lol. But I tryed this ScratchX stuff which I bought at O'Reilly's for $7.99! I applied it and almost dropped dead. There was a 100% improvement. Almost as if 10 years was wiped right off the paint. Not only did it heavily improve the scratches it also restored some color! I then applied it to the chrome trim. As most of us have the chrome trim that is fading. It literally looks brand new. Buy it!!!

Let us know how the wax holds up. I've applied several polishes and waxes to the chrome trim. It looks good for a day, but then it returns to the faded look. [:(]

I think it works great!

The results are one step short of actually removing some of the old clear coat, and if you wax within a day of using it, it lasts for 3-5 waxes afterwards.

At least that is my experiance.
