Swap 3.8 for 5.6

How hard is it to swap a 560 for a 380 powerplant in an 85 380 SE? What is involved? What parts need to be acquired? I'm looking for a factory-like swap.
TORNWALL

Re: Swap 3.8 for 5.6

Interesting. I asked the same question from a knowledgeable technician at Adsit Co. He did not recommned it. He said there are so many parts (including the cooling system) that need replacement and the cost would be very high. He recommended I get a newer (or rebuilt) engine for my 85 380 SE.
