Question about MB-W126 (280SEL)

I'm 28 years old and since one month I drive a wonderful white MB 280SEL (W126). Last saturday I could not find a parking space in the city and so I had to drive on a very high kerb (20cm.)to park the limousine on the sidewalk. The car was loaded fully with my friends and so I must drive very energously on the sidewalk (the peaple on the street were very amused). Is the W126 constructed robust enough for this kind of action and who could report about similar experiences? I will be grateful for an early reply.<br>
