Must be nice to have nothing to do in your free time but dream up ways of blowing giant wads of cash.
But really, he should take a cool old '57 Chrysler 300c and stick a BIG turbine in it.

If Mr. Leno googles himself, then here is another question: Jay, how about helping out a fellow car guy and finishing the resto on my 85 SEC complete with either a 6.0 DOHC AMG or, for real sh*ts and grins, an LS7 427 cubic inch Z06 motor, trans, rear end and brakes - maybe make it an Overhaulin' episode?

I am new here..I met Mr Leno at a car show in the San Fernando Valley about 18years ago. He is one of the nicest person I have met and very approchable...unlike many other hollywood types. He usually shows up at other local car shows and mingles with the crowds. Too bad that some of the coments above had an envy or jelousy theme....not what I expected. Nothing was given to him...he has earned what he has.

For me the 6.3 is good enough for the w108/9. Even better massaged w/ AMG stuff and w/ a decent transmission. No need to take it further than that.
What I'd like to see, though is a M113 (5.5L supercharged 469hp) powered w126c w/ a Mercedes Classic authorized harness/ECU adapter kit. Who knows how many 126's they'd resell w/ that! Woot!

How about AMG's 6.3Lt and running gear from the C63 massaged a little bit more into a 300SEL 6.3. Right badge and a real iron fist in a velvet glove.
