Hey everyone, just checking in.

Sitting in the Thai lounge at Bangkok, waiting to catch a flight to Frankfurt then Athens.

Just had a great tim in Laos - training the liver.

Look at the mudflaps on that car. They don't sell those here. Interesting.

I would certainly go to a Thai Mercedes junkyard if I was ever there.

See you soon

Yeah, but you'd NEVER drive your exceptionally clean SEC in weather/roads that would need mud flaps!!

I dunno.

When I was a little boy I loved to jump up and down in mud puddles when I had rain boots on.

My mother hated that.

We used to call the Mud flaps, Kentucky go Fasters.
However, I almost bid on a pair of W126 mud flaps on the German Ebay, but could not translate the add. Forgot I have a translator on the computer.

Hey Cascade,
Those mud flaps are probably the last thing you need to top off your SEC...except for the fridge in the trunk, and the MB picnic basket. You really NEED the picnic basket for your dates near S.F......More romantic if you HAVE the ground cover(blanket) AND the picnic basket full and a chilled bottle of good wine....Don't ya think?

Extra points if you make the wine a dry German riesling. Goes well with shrimp skewers you can cook on the engine block, wrapped in aluminum foil.

Are there any San Diego area members who are interested in carpooling when we shoot up there? Less money for gas = more money for drinks and one less designated driver.
