Last week on the way to LAX, I needed to find a gas station South of Santa Monica off the 405.
I found gas at a very pricey station on the corner of Pico and Barrington that offered 100 octane racing fuel.
I had never seen that offered at the pump before.

Haven't seen one in a while, but when I lived in North Carolina there were quite a few gas stations with racing fuel around.

I may not remember this correctly, but I think they carried up to 110 octane fuel.

The price was about 4x normal fuel.

There are quite a few 76 stations here that carry racing fuel. I forget what the octane rating is tho(I know its at least 100). And last time I looked at the price for it, it was like $4, but that was back when gas was still in the high $2 low $3 range.
