can anyone direct me to were i can find the low and high ac ports on my 1988 560 sel

If you can't find them yourself, then you shouldn't be working on the A/C system. Simple as that. Follow the refrigerant lines! They are bound to be on there somewhere.

well i have found the low side blue cap

But i cannot seem to find the high side

also if someone can tell me the orginal capacity of the system beacuse i cant find it in the owners manuel

IIRC, the high side is in front of the radiator on the driver's side. I also agree that if you don't know what you're doing, you should get some more direct advice than what's available on here. That said, I'm not presuming that you don't know what you're doing.
