Ran into plenty of problems getting the car here, it was dark by the time it arrived, so I didn't do any work on it. I snapped a couple pictures with my camera phone. I accidently deleted a lot of the pictures though, lol. Sorry guys.
Tomorrow I will be doing some paint/trim restoration and general cleanup. I will post GOOD pictures of that stuff, I promise.
I am going to look into it mechanically as well. The car does not currently run.
Can someone explain how to find out if this motor had and AMG engine work. Cams, etc?

Splattering of German around the car:
Can someone tell me what kind of headers I have here?:
EZendere? What?:
Also, what kind of bumper do we have here?:
Thanks guys! I am looking forward to fixing this car up.

Figures, I post pictures and everyone loses interest, haha!
Anyways, I worked on the car a little today, not too much though. It was just too damn hot out, haha.
I got into the paint a little.
Here you can see the bad oxidation on the hood, you can also see a corner of the hood I began working on.
Heres a shot of the oxidation, as well as white paint splatter that is ALL OVER the car, windows, tires, wheels, everywhere. UGH. This car eats claybars.
Heres the same spot after clay/compound/intensive polish:
A spot on the passenger quarter panel I began working on as well. You can also see in this picture an ugly faded reflector that was stuck on the car who knows how long ago.
Unfortunately, despite my very best efforts using all methods I believe are out there, the f**king adhesive took the paint with it.
Shot of the 16" Ronal wheels. Anyone know where to find the chrome piece I pointed to?
One of my favorite simple mods:

After:
I took home a lot of the parts. Headlights, Corner Lights, Grille, Tail Lights, Fogs, and the Third Brake light. All of these items will be cleaned/polished/whatever so they look new again.
I did the Grille Surround tonight:
Before it was dull/scratched/and had crap on it. Not familiar with the effects of age on chrome, but I know how to fix it!
