how does one remove the wood trim on dash>>?

the trim around vents etc ?????

Via the nut-certs on the rear of the dash. Some are a Lot more difficult to get to then others..plan on disassembling a fair bit of the dash panels/pieces to get to them all!

Oh, and be careful, that 3 piece set of wood is over 1K new (not including the HVAC surround).

It might be a good idea to remove the dash, to get to all the little plastic nuts which hold the trim.
