cant open back door

I have a predicament. The manual door lock to the passenger side rear door somehow lost connection to the stem of the door lock. Even feeling around with a wire I cant find the stem to attach it. The window motor is burnt out to open the window to good a better look down the hole. Cant take the door panel off without opening the door. The automatic door lock system isnt working either. Any suggestions. Would like to get the door open to get the panel off to fix all its problems. 1986 420 SEL

Try opening the door using the inside handle, this will raise the door lock pin, it will get to a point where it will jam against the door panel but it will be close to the hole to try and line it up with a small hook or something.
