I know this is dragging up an old thread, and I haven't got the code 363, but the code 362 is RHD vehicles as per EC regulations (control code), perhaps the 363 is the same but for LHD?
Did you ever get a response from Germany?

I never did hear anything back from Germany, however I did mail it out around Christmas time so it may have been lost in the shuffle.
I had the guys at MB Vancouver, who are much better "plugged in" than my local dealership pull up a rather spartan data card. He also went into some computer dB that they aren't 'really aren't supposed to go into, it's for Toronto only' and pulled off a page that lists 363 as....
