I like the title! I think "Dallas" is the king of W126's in a show. I think it was required they were written into the script. Haha. Miami Vice was the shizz,too. LOVE the SEC.

They never used a W126 in Dallas, although they did use the older Benzes. They *did* use a 1977 Lincoln Contental which was Jacque Ewing's (which is only display at Southfork Ranch in the Dallas area). I was just there last week.

Canâ€™t say I was much of a fan of the show but of what little I do remember it was mostly r107s.

if i lived in dallas, i'd want to cruise around in an r107, too. hell, i still do, even in new england.

i think the SLK does a better job of carrying on the old SL's spirit than the current SL. the SL has grown too big and uber; there is a charming simplicity to the old SL (pre-'90) that has gotten lost. or, rather, displaced to the SLK. and i love the folding hardtop -- i think all convertibles should have standard-issue folding hardtops.

no, sue ellen have a 123 T and many 126 C, JR many sedan 126, and bobby many 107's

Whoever Victoria Principal played in Dallas, was she Sue Ellen? I thought Sue Ellen was married to JR? Victoria was married to Bobby.

Anyhow, she was written off (killed on screen) in a red 560SL. A train hit her. Never saw a 126 car myself.

I do think the old lady (Mama) had a Lincoln coupe.
