Has anyone tried BioDiesel?

I understand that a 20/80 Bio/Petroleum blend of diesel can be used with good results in any diesel vehicle with no tweaking or additives.

I'm not gonna be the first but would be interested in using a cleaner fuel if available. Has any Diesel owner here had any experience?

I used it a long time ago in my 1980 300SD. It had black alge that fed on diesel fuel in the tank. The dealer recommended that stuff to kill the alge. I used it and it killed the alge. After that I changed the filters and never had another problem.

I have do use NAPA's Diesel Antigel and Conditioner for diesel in my 1987 300SDL when the daytime temps drop into the teens. Also when I change the metal fuel filter I fill it full of the stuff before I screw it on.
