Having some idle troubles with my 300se. Intermittently, it surges, and often quits. Some days, it doesn't do it, or at least not as badly. New fuel filter 5K miles ago. Any typical bugs that cause this?
Sounds like it may be vacuum-leak related to me. Mine did the same, a little less severe, until I found a little tiny leak and fixed it.

I am in Greater Cincinnati, in N. Kentucky. PM me anytime if you would like to trade 300se stories, or woes, whatever the case may be. I am dealing with intermittent "jiggly" idle now, just changed the mounts and engine shocks to no effect.
