guys, check out the most recent issue of automobile magazine. there's a short Q&A with bruno sacco in it. when they ask him what MB designs he's the most proud of, he starts with the w126, and apparently his daily driver is a SEC!

i was going to scan it in and post it, but my scanner doesn't work

maybe someone else could?

hope you get that scanner working...he's like God to us w126 fans...Did he just design the shape of the car or the whole car? ie mechanically, interior etc...

SNAP a photo of the page..with you digital camera and upload it. Chances are it'll be better than your scanner. Just turn off the flash

it seemed that W140 was his last design

man it was the last nice looking benz... no wonder...

that man was an artist... Benz was lucky to have him.. I wish I knew about this earlier.. I would've went to where he was awarded .. only 10 mins away from me...

He designed me three favorite MB's the 140, 126 and 129, cool. I might post this in the 140 section if thats cool with you guys.

Yeah, Bruno Sacco was a great designer. I'm pretty sure the last MB he designed was the W215 CL class. From what I remember, he designed that after the W220 S class, and it was his final work.

I'd love to see that Automobile article too.
