Hey Singapore thats where my car came from, thought they only had new cars there and they sent all the others down here.
As for the wipers a relay of some kind, I don't really know
Most of our used cars end down there in NZ because they are RHD. However there are quite a few 126's still around. Thanks for the tip on the relay - I'll give it a check.

How interesting just about every 2nd hand MB, BMW, and jag we get is from Singapore and they are all in such good condition when they arrive. Suprised there are quite a few 126 still around, mind you it is very exspensive to own any car up there isn't it?
We have to pay a Certificate of Entitlement on all cars we buy. ie:- the previlige to use the car for 10 years. Should we export the car we can recover the prorated COE paid. New cars are cheaper now due to the increase in crude oil prices, so a lot of cars are exported. It's crazy. Motoring here is expensive.
