95 E320 high pressure A/C hos exploded, cant find the part anywhere - Mercedes-Benz Forum

95 E320 high pressure A/C hos exploded, cant find the part anywhere

While driving today the bottom A/C hose burst where the high pressure check valve is going down to the something??? I can't seem to find any diagrams for the ac or anything to figure out what the part is the hose connects to or if I need that whole assembly and If so where to find it. Please help its getting hotter and hotter outside.

320forme Can you go to Google search ? if so look up to the r/hand side and click on images

Then in the search box put- MERCEDES E320 1995 AIRCONDITIONING DIAGRAMS .Then search the diagram you need to find your part .
Other is to visit MBZ PARTS same again put in your year and make . Let us know if its any help to you.

Thank you for the reply, I have tried both and no diagram I have found matches what I am seeing under the hood.

I think you are talking about the condenser to receiver/dryer hose.

That hose is MB p/n#1248304915. List price is about $55

You will also need 2 of the following seals. MB p/n#1409970645

That's not it, that is the only part I have found, I will try and take some pictures and upload them here it has the high pressure port connected to it...

I had some trouble finding one of my AC lines. I took the line to a hydraulic shop and had them re-use the fittings at the end and use high pressure rubber hose to replace the bad section of pipe. But if the fittings or valve is destroyed, that likely won't work.

the fittings look fine to me, what kind of hydrolic shop did you go to?

Any hydraulic hose shop can do it. Your profile isn't complete, but assuming you're in the US, get in the yellow pages or use Google to find a shop near you.

Any of the E240or E280 or c240 or c280 will fit on that body the compressor sits at the bottom of the motor on all ov the v motors.....good luck

On the M104, IL6, the compressor is on the lower left front the of the motor.
