It would be keenly helpful if you listed the particular bumper you're interested in. Additionally, you can comb through the photo archives and see what others have done.
If you get an eBay bumper, don't get one that is painted, just get the primed one. I paid extra for mine to be painted and it was a hassle trying to explain the color and finish, and they didn't get it quite right. Better off doing it yourself or just taking it to MAACO or something (most MAACO shops should be able to do a great job on a non installed bumper). Also, be aware that you may have to do some grinding or drilling on a non OEM bumper. I had to drill a couple extra holes for the metal trim pieces and he holes for the rubber impact strip were nut fully cut out.
Wow, that's a great price. I would imagine that is probably the same one I got. FWIW, aside from having to add the two extra holes and grind out the openings for the impact strip tabs, the one I got fit perfectly to the car just as the original did.
