Just checked, the w210 avantgarde alloys look different. Just got a set of the avantgarde w210 wheels, want to get them refurbished first (slight bubbling under the lacquer). Should look really god on the w124. I'll post some pics with the new wheels soon.
Here in the UK we've never had any SE versions of the w124.
Special Edition:
I saved this description of what makes my car a "Special Edition". It may not really be all that special. Mercedes just loaded up the 1995 car with many of the available options and called it the Special Edition. I have the Azure Blue paint, which is a very nice color and seems to be a bit rare, but I think anyone could have ordered the color. The OEM wheels are a six-spoke alloy and look like the newer E430, although now I have AMG Monoblocks and use the original wheels just for winter. I have the integrated hands-free phone, CD changer, and a kind of upgraded radio with a lot of bass boost. I also have stainless steel doorsills as OE. They are not the illuminated ones. They look real nice and they do make the car look special to me. Perhaps what really makes my car special is the fact that it was the last year for the W124 and Mercedes "fixed" many of the things that everyone seems to modify on the older W124s. The lights are nice like Euro, the stereo is decent, and the car is all one color without the black rubber strips and black bumpers so it looks modern. The inline 6 cylinder motor is just amazing. I feel that there is no need to modify my motor, it is wonderful in every way. So that is it. Is it really special? I love the car, so it is quite special to me.

I think it might be like always going back to that same bad relationship with an ex girlfriend.
You feel you love them too much, or you are just too stupid to know any better.
Hi everyone, I use to own a W201 until the tranny took a dump, so I sold it on eBay for $1500 and bought a 2-tone White/Gray W124...
So I say good bye to the 190Revolution.net...
So here it is...enjoy...

IF THAT REAR WING WORKS, WE WILL HAVE TO REBUILD THE BMW TUNNEL... and so they did!!!

I'll get springs and lower it, if someone would know where I could get a decent cut-out fender kit. Other than that, until I get my Polyeurethene EVO Body kit from RACEONUSA.com on this bad boy, I will leave it at stock, with the BILSTEIN Heavy Duty Shock/Struts, it rides sooooo much smoother than the stock/oem. I would have never known that this E320 94-95 is such a bad ass car!!! FYI, I already had to roll the fenders for these wheels size & offsets.
I want a upgrade my cooling system and fuel intake system to prep it for a turbo. I'm planning to make this a track car. Any advice, help, suggestions, or comments, is GREATLY appreciated.
