I have a feeling I've already posted pics of my E320 Coupe, however can't find out for sure.
However over the summer I had alot of body restoration undertaken on the car.
Here are a few pics, the day I picked her up from the bodyshop.
I had a couple of bonnet dents removed, a new front wing (due to slight rust), rust repair and refit for the rear spoiler, lower body cladding on the passenger's side was also resprayed due to lacquer peel. The 4 genuine 18" AMG were also refurbished, with the polished lip retained :-)
Nice car Darren! I do like the clean look. What reg is that?
I'm afraid I/ve given up having my cars nicely resprayed whenever some idiot puts a dent or scratch - I park it in Central London way too often! At some stage I was considering replacing the bonnet with the '93-> like yours but I guess I'll stick to the Mk1 bonnet and headlights.
Hey there!
The car is 1995 N-Reg originally :-)
Just for general info.......the bodykit is by Belgian tuners Carat Duchatelet

Hi njwvo
The bodykit is by Carat Duchatelet. As far as I know they are no longer available. I've been after a couple of replacement spot lamps and a new tow hook cover for months, and even Carat themselves cannot help me!
I think that the rear valance and side sills are OEM parts, however, as they look pretty much the same as other face-lift C124s
I only found out the front bumper and boot spoiler were Carat, after I bought the car. I noticed the Carat insignia on both these body items.
Here is my 1987 Grey 300E. It has burgundy MB-Tex interior and runs just great. Needs a new head gasket though, but nonetheless one of the greatest cars, if not the greatest, ever engineered. You will never find a car this old, in this great a shape, that has not been kept in a garage, and with more than 259000 miles on it.
Incredbile engineering in these cars. They continue to look like new even after 20 years. You have to give them their just due. Not to mention, they never really go out of style either like so many other cars. People are still asking me how this car could possibly be that old. They just know that it's a 1995 or 96.
Well here u can see my beauty, a 300D from year 86 .The rims on the last pic are in the garage right now cause its winter and the tires there were ment for summer cruising
here are some of my former convertibles. first this unique 320 E (NOT E320) built as prototype when first CE convertible series running out and before the facelift when they change the names from CE to E. everything is stock (ex. afterfitted doorboards and navi radio), this car had a unique colour, called samt rot metallic, purple details in interior and instrumentcluster, unique wood etc. sold in 2004.
