I was in a hurry and forgot to quote the thread...so that comment was inadvertantly inserted chronologically.

The picture of the car being viewed at the time was not white. Aubergine is the colour of the car I was viewing.

My sincerest apologies for upsetting you. If I could have predicted how crass your comment would be...I would have done it sooner.

Thanks. It is a code that was near impossible to find a name for. The colour was part of the 1995 Special Edition for the last year of the W124. It is Sapphire Metallic or something. I think it was code 09.
