It's really not that bad, probably can have it fixed at any body shop for less than 200 bucks.
Personally, I'd go out of pocket on this one. No need for insurance.

I dont know. It seriously looks like someone hit me with their car. Probably a low car. very low, (literally, and figuratively [}:)].) .. anyway, I know this, because on the plasticy rubbery part of the bumper, theres obvious scratch marks from another vehicle.
I don't know if they use the plunger trick on that one. thats pretty wide. Hopefully it would take minor work from a body shop. Like, it shouldn't cost more than $500. As for the new car thing, do what you wish.

Besides if you are really that mad, and you want to cheer up, and your parents are willing to spot you some cash, you could always replace the old scratched body work, with some new Brabus bodywork.
