M104 Head gasket & wiring harness. Whos never had a problem?
My 94 E280 has 120,000 kms. Doesnt have an oil leak and the wiring harness is fine. Only problem is water pump and coolant expansion tank is cracked. Is there anyone out there that hasnt had a problem with their M104 in terms of head gasket and wiring harness? Couldnt find anything on search otherwise I wouldnt have posted this

I have an early M104 3litre from 1990. No problems with the wiring harness but the head gasket went at 158,000 miles.
I donlt think the 3litre M104 had the same bio-degradable wireing as the later models.
