Air flow meter potentiometer, where to get one?

Hi:

I found that the black potentiometer on the air flow
meter of my 92 300TE is worn out. The resistance jumps if I move the air flow plate slowly, why measuring the resitance. It is actually not difficult to replace the potentiometer, but I did not find it as a spare part. Does anyone knows where to get a replacement?
