Raw fuel from tailpipes...lead foot condition or...

An injection problem. It only happens every once in a while. I though that it only happened when it was below 20 degrees and the engine was not warm enough but I guess not.

I tend to floor the car everytime I leave a light. My car does not smoke much at all, even when I floor it. I do use additives every once in a while.

The car is a 1987 300D Turbo with 245,000 miles.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Edmund
