My wiper is stuck up

I lifted the wipper up on my 300E and it got stuck and will not go down. I tried to force it down but it made a crack. please help

you just need to force it down. I had the same problem on my 190 and I was afrade to push it down. But I whent to mechanic and he did exactly that. He pushed it down. Only he probably knows how mach preshure to use without damageng anything else.

If there is one thing I detest its stuck up wipers! What the hell do they think makes them so special???
