I'm looking for advice on on parts required to restore a 1986 300E. I'm in germany and have the oportunity to purchase direct from the dealer. I would like to replace many worn or nearly worn suspension components with new dealer pieces. Could someone please reply with advise on what to purchase. I have already purchased new springs(will decrease ride height 1' and firm the ride) and Bilstein shocks. At this point I'm not interesred in replacing the sway bars but would like to replace critical mounts between the chasis and supension. Thank you
Check on the sportline suspension system. Since you are in germany, it should be cheaper and readily available.<br> The rear links are a known problem on older 300e's.
