I've been working on the 90 E300 company car lately that I may purchase soon. 106k miles on the clock. It's got a few minor issues.<br>

1) She stalls after starting first time whether engine is warm or cold.<br>
<br>
2) Part throttle response is pretty weak (much weaker than our 91 E300).<br>
<br>
3) Shifting from 1-2 is very snappy, 2-3 is slightly snappy. Downshifting is smooth.<br>
<br>
4) Buzz in the top right of the passenger door when the stereo is turned up.<br>
<br>
Also wondering what I should expect to pay. <br>
<br>
Any recommendations you guys have on these issues are greatly appreciated. <br>
