Been a while since I've seen one of those. Came out around 2000.
It has a Sanyo electric motor, and uses 24 Ni-Cd batteries in a custom battery pack to drive the motor.
It assists only, there is no regenerative braking.
The bad news: the NiCd battery packs were obsoleted quickly and are NLA. There is a Kevlar belt between the motor and the wheel hub. Don't know if the belt is still available but wouldn't hold my breath.
The good news: No OVP relay on this model, and no spreader bar needed to do a proper alignment.
Probably best to stick with a traditional bike, like this one although it is now known as the DeWalt. Same thing just, a different badge in the proper General Merchandise way after the Tuhminator mobile was killed off due to the massive cashbleed tumah.
