I stumbled upon this website and it has a lot of tastefully done cars and some not so much.
If you like pictures check it out, even one of our members, RBYCC twin turbo widebody coupe
is in it under the w124 section. If this has been posted before, sorry, i must be out of the loop.
for a lot of people their cars are an extension of their personality, a way to express themselves, or at the least they feel that they can project their personal aesthetic ideals on to a canvas that they already like. And yes, in a lot of cases the results are questionable. As long as the car is still roadworthy and safe, I say have at it! People have been customizing cars for as long as there have been cars, it won't and shouldn't end any time soon.
My car is hideous to everyone but me, yet I would never even consider putting a decal on it! De gustibus non est disputandum... but that's what makes it fun right?

Personally, I find the w124s with 320k, cracked glass, faded paint, 4 different brands of tires, smashed headlights more appealing. I know the car is trustworthy.
