Need help buying head lights

My 87 300d came with crappy aftermarket headlamps which never really worked right (only high beams work, aren't aimed and can't be aimed). The passanger side has quit working so rather than try to replace the bulb again I figure I'd be better off just getting good head lights.

Looking around on Ebay, OEM are lamps are expensive and in short supply for this year. There is a company USA Depo that also makes head lights. Does anyone have experience with the USA Depo lights? Are they worth owned or do I realistically need to just spend the extra money on OEM units and trying to clean up the lenses?

Use the search feature for Depo here. They're the "Euro" headlight replacement most folks use who are on a budget. You can also see if TYCs are available. Either way, they are far better than the stock DOT lights available here in North America.

Good quality and doesn't make the car look like crap.

I'm still impressed over the glass quality too. Mine have held up for 5 years now and hardly any pitting or damage. Still look brand new.

In some cases the DEPOs are cheaper than just the replacement "OEM doors"and look better... Except I think lowesguy got a good deal on doors. I can't seem to find a good price on them.

Let me know which vendor you went with as I need to do this myself soon. Did you also get the six pin wiring connector as well?
