LOOK WHAT I GOT - The Zender Project is almost complete

Well it pays to keep you eye on EBay Germany if your after rare parts.

I have found and bought a rare Zender rear spoiler for a 300CE Coupe.

Some may not like it but it completes the uBer rare Zender bodykit my car wears with pride.
It is period correct and is one step closer to completing the "Zender Tuning" vision of the 80's and 90's.

Unfortunately I have to ship it via a friend in Slovenia as again the Germans don't like doing things easily

Good find Ray.
How are you going to get it here? Sea freight in a crate? (I'm a poet and don't even know it)

No my mate has a freight forwarded friend
Gonna cost as much as the unit to ship but seeing its not available anymore gonna be worth it - might even get someone to make a copy first before I have it painted.

Why is it the Krauts on eBay don't like to ship outside of the Motherland?

Bekoz it ist too damn hard !
It means gettin offen der ASS and doin something for somewon elze und ich nicht bin liken doin zat !
More its often too expensive or they think it is and they would rather sell locally !
They don;t seem to like Paypal either which is only way I will do so I get protection !

This is what said part looks like installed on a Zender brochure image !
It is far from an obtrusive spoiler with long legs underneath it attaching it to the body, this sits quite close to the trunk lid.

Good score Stormy, that is the first spoiler I have seen that I think looks appropriate on a W124.

Thats great your rare Zender bodykit is now complete.. Congratulations on the purchase!
:-) When do you expect to get it?
Are you shipping the rear trunk too?

The spoiler looks a bit similar to the Amg one i have. Its a little shorter.

Nice find Stormy. Haven't bought anything from ebay.de, but have used a paypal debit card to open accounts with other German sellers. Paypal is owned by ebay.
