I have one wheel that is demanding attention... it looks like it has been sitting next to a lawn sprinkler that spewed pure lime - the scale, not the juice.
I fear it will require rechroming, but will soon know for sure!
That wheel looks great! I only hope that 4 hours will make mine that nice!

I'm really looking at having my wheels on the W126 chromed, since I'm too busy saving up for other cars to buy any 3 piece OZ wheels. Ahh! Too many choices!!

My wife said the same thing when I brought home a 92 300CE with chrome wheels.
I never could look at that car the same way after that. Kinda like when someone makes a derogatory comment about an article of clothing you're wearing.
You need to cut down on the number of holes, only took me 20 minutes per wheel
Will be clearcoating the polished lips this spring, half a winters worth of salt really pitted them up. And it's been a mild winter... so far

Fish
I kept the stock 15" wheels on my wifes E420 just for the winter, her set of Aero I's (with summer tires mounted), is sitting in the back of the shed waiting for springtime and no salty roads.
Those wheels you have are to nice to put road salt on them, a spare wheel set with winter tires will keep them from getting pitted up much longer...

just a thought...
That had been my plan as well, have the stock 15 holers with snows. It's just been such a mild winter,
we've only had a couple snows over 5 inches. I'll get it right next year
