1990 300E M103 Engine (Gas)
Hello everyone im assuming this is the right thread i apologise if it is not. I am looking to install my newly rebuilt Head it has been rebuilt top to bottom and i bought a new head set as well as a new timing chain.
what i am in need of is information (step-by-step) of how to break the crank loose and set timing as well as put the head back on. if anyone can help i would be appreciated, thank you for reading.

Just curious...mileage and reason for bottom end rebuild?

im not redoing the bottom end, im just putting the head back on the top, the head is already set to time, the cam is actually built into the head on this car. i need to get my crank broke loose and put the new timing chain on and then tighten my head on so i need torque specs and tightening sequences,
mileage is almost 247k and im only the third owner i was doing about 144 mph and bent all six exhaust valves, pout a little ding into one or two of my pistons but no holes and the bottom end seems to be ok, im not cracking it open to find out tho just hoping its ok already put too much money into it thats why i gotta put it back together myself
