Exclamation 400E Strip Fuses?

While my car has been laid up off the road waiting for her new lights to get installed, I have replaced all the crappy corroded fuses with the new upgraded ones, whatever they're made out of. My car has had cooling issues in the past with the aux fans, so I figured I'd replace the little strip fuses that are under their own black cover, in the engine bay. From what I understand, one of the fuses in the black box is for the HVAC blower, and the other (near the firewall) is for the aux fan. Upon removal, both were split in two, so today at the MB dealership I intended on purchasing new ones, but they had no idea what they were or how many watts or amps or something like that they were, so they couldn't get any. The only part number is on the black box which holds the fuses, and that doesn't tell which kind of fuse it is. Can anyone help? Both fuses are split, obviously wanna get them replaced before the car's back on the road hopefully by this weekend. Any help greatly appreciated, pics attached, thanks guys.
