pin stripes

I've searched and searched and can't seem to find an answer...

I have a 93 400E that, when I bought it off the used car lot, has a blue and tan pin stripe? This is a bit faded and looks as though it has been there for years. Is this factory or was this a dealer option?

Also it had a gold package, which I believe was a dealer option, that I removed. Was this factory or a dealer option?

Does the white paint on a 93 400 E have a clear coat? All original paint, aside from the pin stripes.

My 300CE is clear coated. My Black, Black, Black 93 400E isn't. I would suggest using a little cleaner wax with a dark rag. If you see "white" when you're done... well no clear coat.

Your color code should be #149 - Polar White which was one of the few that year that wasn't clear coated !
