This is the tool, works great on ANY car. Since I go through cars like underwear it's the only one I have. I have very good eyes and would never get a cable caught. Only an inexperienced kid would do something like that.

Yup, that looks good.

It wasn't a cable, but a steel rod that got bent. And, yes, the typical Spanner Controller in these places is an inexperienced junior.

Yikes, I don't know how they could have messed that up. Maybe when they put a new filter on, since it's hard to access. They might have squeezed their hands in there and bent something. I hate taking my car into any shop, so many bad experiences.. hehe
