thanks guys, My mechanic said exactly that...the intake would have to be removed to clean the entire sytem...

Does anyone have a diagram of where the "hole" is...Also, how big of a job is it to take off the intake manifold and clean this system myself...my goal here is to do this my self and save the $700 that my mechanic quoted me...

btw...he did show me that crankcase vapor is coming INTO my air cleaner housing instead of fresh air being sucked from it...it definately needs to be cleaned (the 2mm hole, etc.) I just need to know how to do it...
