Are we talking about a rear roof spoiler for a wagon? If so, one just sold for $35 on Ebay (used) - not sure where to get one new.
The window things you're talking about are usually called "Ventvisors" which is a brand name. They'd probably be cheapest from an automotive accessories site rather than a Mercedes specific site. Also, local auto parts stores can order them for any model they are made for.
