My 300E overheating AGAIN..IDEAS?

Try to unplug the stuck fan and change the fuses, then check if the fuses blow again, if they dont it`s a good chance that the stuck fan is the reason it overheats and blows fuses.

If the oilpressure is .5 at idle I suggest you beat up the bastard sold you that engine, on my the oilpressure is at 2-2,5, but I live in Norway, maybe colder here than were you live. here we throw engines or fix them with pressure under 1-1,5.

oilpressure cold idle should be 2,5-3

Problem solved.

Replaced thrmostat with new and the fans were inop when trying to jump them. Ordering new ones.
