Question Diesel injector torque spec??

I just purchased a 1987 300D Turbo with 243K miles. It smokes and has a rough idle. I'm going to start by replacing the injectors, heat shields and fuel bypass lines. I don't have a repair manual yet. (waiting for postman to deliver).

Can anyone give me the proper torque spec on the injectors?

Model Year Chassis Engine Hp
W124 300D Turbo 1987 124.133 603.96 147

Thanks in advance.

Haynes says 75Nm or 55 lb/ft for the injector

You may also want to run 2 cans of diesel purge through it and change the fuel filters...made a huge difference on my diesel ... I may be doing the injectors too, but the change the purge made was so great that I don't feel a need to rush... are your vac lines, motor mounts, and throttle cable ok? You have nice car...I would love to get a hold of the wagon version of it...
