Get a job at the European union, then you'll have some exclusive plates to be proud of.

Battlecat714, Thank you! I'm sure I will enjoy this forum.

Always up for a good discussion!
Here in California (or in the US) you don't have to get a particular job to get some "exclusive" plate. We call it special purpose or vanity plates and anybody can get one (even if you don't have a vehicle to put it on.) I see a lot of people driving with specialty plate. It's very common and I don't consider those people as "tosser" (I think you mean poseur.) It is just their personal choice.

I don't want to engage you into a debate to influence your opinion. I tried to control my me self from commenting on your post. But, it bothers me when a sincere honest question is responded by sarcasm.

Anyway, welcome to the forum! As I said I don't want a debate. So,I'll stop commenting on this issue. I suggest you visit the "Off-Topic" section if you really want "good" discussion. I know the BWOT welcoming committee will show you the way.
