Getting a wear indicator light, meaning it's time. In reviewing the complete set of records I got with the wagon, I see nothing to indicate the back brakes were ever done. Ever. It's been 30K on the fronts in city stop and go, but what are the chances of the backs never having been done? Anybody? At what point does the light come on? It's only intermittent at this point.
Nice to know the electrics on a 14 year old vehicle still work, but everytime I get a message light I am reminded of my nightmare experience of owning that W202...
