Wheels and Springs Question....

I was wandering I have a 1990 300E.. looking to mod it a little... still new to this car so bare with me...

I want to run 18x8" wheels.. i was wandering what offset and size tires will work with this? The car is NOT LOWERED.. however i do have H&R springs ... will i RUB if i put the springs on?

Any input would be helpful thanks!

18 X 8 ET 35 with 225/40-18 tires and H&R Sport lowering springs ( 1.5" drop) will not rub.

No need to roll the fenders !!!

I don't know of many W124's that have the ability or opportunity to corner at 120MPH unless it's on the track and a long sweeper.

Clearance is clearance whether you're turning, dipping or going straight regardless of speed.
Speed doesn't change clearances !

Sure but if it IS going to rub, most likely that's when it will.

Either way, we don't know. Mount your wheels, do those turns and post your findings here. Have a nice day!
