1993 300E Will not Start/ASR HELP!! - Benzworld.org

Today I started my 1993 300E and upon start-up the ASR light came on. Thinking this may have been a computer issues, I turned off the ignition to re-start the car to see if the light would go off. When I tried to re-start the car it would not start/would not even turn over, it was if something completely disabled the car from turning over.

Also, the ASR light that you can turn off an on (has a tire with chains on it) is lit up and I cannot turn it off.

I need help! Where do I start? Could it be a fuse/relay?

You are probably right. It gat to be som cheap fuse. Probably the ones that are located outside the fuse box. How to locate it I cant help atleast right now. Good luck.
