The part that came out of my transmission - B2 piston piece?

Here's a pic of the part which fell out with the B2 piston... I don't know what it is - is this a piece of the B2 itself? or my tranny I just need help identifying it - thanks for all your guys' help!

Ok, part that came out is perfectly normal, it's the b2 piston push rod... good to know - I don't know what end goes in first, the bigger or the smaller end?

Also - i am trying to figure out how to check the condition of my b2 band. How do I go about doing that?

Took the Valve Body off and the other one & it turns out it's a broken B2 band (I think) or could this be a half of the thrust element? or the b2 brake band?
