The 1994 E420 I wanted was sold---did any of you guys buy it?

So I finally thought I found the perfect E420 advertised on autotrader.com--- a 1994 E420 Navy/Palomino 62K for $7900 (figured that I could get it for about $7000 since it was at a dealership)---but I waited too long to act (told myself that I'd go for it after a big deal I was working on closes next week)!

I should note that I didn't actually see the car (it's about 90 minutes away), but I traded emails with the dealer and it sounded fantastic--you can tell it's a clean car from the pictures. This was the one I really saw myself buying.

Here it is:

Did any of you guys buy it?!

You should have jumped on it, even at full price. Just because there's lots of late 124s for $4k or $5k doesn't mean a car like that isn't worth $7900.

I know---I'm kicking myself! On the other hand, deanyel, it had ASR---and I know you've warned me about that before---maybe it would have been problematic (nice rationalization, right? )

ASR would temper my view of it, but still few come along like that. Plus westerners get spoiled - it would be tough for me to buy a northeastern car, if that's what it was.
