That looks like a chop-gun shot fibreglass set [but it is hard to tell for sure from the pic]. Sets in the past in that material tend to require a lot of fitting to make work correctly.
The difference in these and factory are that these WILL crack much easier as the material just does that by nature.
As for the look of the kit, if you work the kit correctly, and make it blend right, the design itself is not bad. They took a good conservative approach and did not try and go to far.
The front looks like a Gen2 and the rear looks like a Gen1. At least the side skirts have jack holes. If it is fibreglass, you'll be spending the money to get it to fit right.

I personally think it's all what you are willing to live with. If you just want a kit and are not too worried as to how tight the lines are then go for it. But it would be a shame to spend all that money and there be a flaw in the kit that might drive you crazy. I had a gen1 amg kit on my car, and every time I washed it, it drove me nuts, because I would see the flaws in the kit.

I know what exactly what you mean when u say - 'willing to live with'. I think each passing day I get more fanatic with my car. I want it spotless and crisp as new ....and every little little nick or imaginary scratch drives me nuts...
anyways I think I will pass on this ... hopefully some day I can come across a good BODY kit which I can afford..
thanks for ur inputs though..
