Well, unless your CE has SLS the struts for the 500E are part of a SLS [Self Leveling Suspension] which is going to require an good amount of plumbing work, replacement of your power steering pump with a model that addresses the SLS.
You are also going to get a numerically higher rearend which is going to change all your shift points and bump up your gas usage by about 20%.
Third, the ride height is going to be different with the 500 rear end and there were extra suspension pieces associated with the 500 that is not on the stock 124 chassis cars.
It will all bolt together but is going to take a bunch of work. Keep us posted as to how it went together and what all was required.
