Its a staggered set, the fronts are fine but the rears will rub if you don't roll the fender.

with a BMW E39 . It would be the same process with your Merc.

They will fit no problem, IF your car isn't lowered.
You could still lower it, but you will need to put 225's on the rear and adjust camber. But fender rolling, is definitely the proper way to go.
I have the exact same setup, with 225's on the front and 245's on the back, and my car isn't lowered YET.
